just want to share my experience.
my account was eligible for upgrade. at first was told that mine would be upgraded latest by June. Then came august and still no upgrade.
so i decided to live chat tm just to ask the estimated date(month) for upgrade. CS told me will be upgraded latest by October.
but surprisingly after 3 days my line got upgraded.
im not sure whether it's coincidence or not but for those who has not gotten the upgrade and have never contacted live chat, it is worth a try.
