Today finally got my surprise UniFi speed upgrade from 50Mbps to 100Mbps.

Already did the complain to MCMC with two times...  

I went with chat online tm. Work for me in April.

But I also know, complaint.cfm.org works. As I do it to get my fth.

Seriously those of you still waiting in October without any complaint whatsoever.

I wonder how you survive in Malaysia for so long. Malaysia is always a you need to put in "special request" and constantly beg and beg and beg culture.

I bet, the beggers you see in the street, they probably got their free upgrade earlier then June.

Stop sitting on your butt at home, get online, on the phone, put in the request, complaint, begging forms, ect what ever you like to call it.

One thing though.... be nice and request properly, dont go scold the people who are just trying to hold a job.

I have to say, after what I went thru with TM, now I am satisfied with it for the most part and it makes me happy with the structure that I am in.

Exactly, I dont mind paying RM180 for 50Mbps. Thats extra RM30 for 400% speed boost? Worth it.

Paying RM157 with GST now with only 10Mbps is frustrating. I am not confused at all, lets just talk bout the first round of speed upgrade which haven't even materialize for myself which been paying so much for so many years.
