I demanded for a sealed unit and I'm keeping it now as a backup |

To my understanding, one would only get a replacement router, if you have older version of it. If you already been given a router that is capable of running on 100Mb bandwidth, no replacement is given

Had my UniFi installed on 19 April 2017 and my cousin had his one installed in the end of April 2017. We both stay in the same street, just few houses away and we both subscribed 30Mbps DL and 10Mbps UL speed.
A week ago my cousin received SMS from TM and his subscription got upgraded to 50Mbps DL and 20Mbps UL speed, while he did not fill up any Thank You Surprise form. While mine, no SMS so far, kind of weird. Have dropped a message with my UniFi ID to TM to find out. |
