I got it about 2 weeks back from 50Mbps to 100Mbps

Basically , you'll get a slot and the installer would come to install (in my case , the installer came and I did not have to do anything - as my equipment can handle 100Mbps). So he just needed to test , get the speed test report and get my sign off

I did live chat with TM on Friday and they mentioned upgrade scheduled until 31 July then i said the email mentioned 30 June, and the CS reply with "then you can contact us again by end of June if not yet upgraded"

Bro wifi can never get 100% connection speed, its always almost unless you use cat5-6 cable from your router to your laptop and for sure youll get 95-100% connection

In my case, they gave another router, D-Link 850 and a BTU, though my existing router more than capable of handling 100mbps (TP-Link Archer C1200). My existing BTU also works fine. Now I use these extra devices as backups.
