promo is over, but problem is that a lot of ppl are still yet to receive the free speed upgrade.

cancel and reapply faster, i did the same
cancel the old one which used 3 years from 5mbps, they told me wait wait till enver get the 10mbps

reapply new one 30mbps after 3 days become 50mbps

mine is 30Mbps woh. applied on last Nov and last Dec in 2016. It supposed to get speed upgrade to 50Mbps. new line so it is new contract since then.

not sure, i applied 3 days ago only. sungai buloh area.

Now still have free speed upgrade promo oh? so good.

I got updated from 30mbps to 50mbps recently, but still using RG4332...
I asked them, they said will keep using the RG4332 router...
I wanna ask here, anyone here got upgraded to 50mbps from 30, did they change the router for you too?

Wanted to update on my Unifi 50 to Unifi 100 upgrade. As i have said that I didn't get a wireless router from the upgrade. But after explaining it to the TM Connect support page 3 days later I got a call and they deliver it to me. Totally impressed. The unit they have provided is a D-Link DIR-850L AC1200. Cheers

If your device can support 50mBps, they will not replace it.

I dunno whether Innacomm rg4332 can support 50 mbps, cause I couldn't find any specs for this router...
But ever since I got updated to 50mbps, my line just keep dropping out...
Everytime when I start or restart the router, after 10 mins or so, the router will definitely disconnect or dropping out for 15-30 secs, and then reconnect again itself, I dunno what's the problem!!!! It happened 100% everytime when I start/restart the router, it's like a routine for the router to disconnect.....

Im in Kepong Taman Bukit Maluri with 20mbps havent received upgrade to 50mbps yet.. submitted the thankyou surprise form in January if I rmb correctly..

To those who haven't got their upgrade please PM me location and current speed. Just doing a random check in areas got upgrade and areas haven't.

When upgraded they will call us ask us to off and on the router and modem, right?
