Nothing suprising when they already announced this free upgrade sometime in Oct 15. That time they mentioned Jan'17 as the date getting the free upgrade.
Coming 1st week of Jan & without any free upgrade, I called TM & was told it will be on staggered basis. No time given. Last week, someone posted the same topic & one of the forumers mentioned the upgrading will ONLY starts from APRIL 17 ..darmit. @#/×$ And now, without any notice, subscriber need to REGISTER for the free upgrade & if don't ..habissss.. Worse...now new dateline JUNE 17! |

Streamyx users, why don't you cancel your internet then get unifi 10mbps? Then you'll get upgraded for free to 30mbps. The faq says can get free upgrade as long as subscribe by 28th February 2017.

Upgrade to 100 need change wiring or hardware only? They mention that may need to be visited by tech if upgrading to 100. Already have a 300mbps router (non-unifi given one) that barely gets tested with the current 50 plan. Guess gotta go dig out all the old equipment from store.
