ok i found soloution for me la atleast , my home number i put "-" because i copy from bill , i realize this when i sign up for my sister one 

i also like this when using fill the form using phone, but then i use pc straight away can... maybe u have to use pc

why the surprise always constantly asking me fill in properly when i already filled it all?

Option 1: RM 10 discount for Webe Mobile plan per month, for 12 months.

Option 2: Free HyppTV pack for 12 months

Option 3: Free two VOD contents on HyppTV per month, for 4 months.

Option 4: RM 25 discount code for Gemfive.

Are these the only options for Streamyx? (checked mine just now, still got the 'Check back by 25th for the surprise' effing thing)
