I talked to TM CS, they will upgrade the line remotely from 50MB to 100MB ( no techie will come to the premise ) but router wont be changed UNLESS if the router cannot support the 100mb speed

quite confusing since many others got free router upgrade as well . mine still the old RG Innatech 4332

so u guys upgrade from 50mb to 100mb and they replaced the old router to the TP-Link 1200 Archer right?

current 50mb sub will be upgraded by batch to 100mb and will get the TP LINK Archer C1200. but based on the thread so many problems arised from this router ( I never like TP LINK products anyway, had bad experience with it before )

thinking to sell that and get either ASUS AC55UHP or Mikrotik RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT(hAP-ac)



any thoughts?

both also ASUS AC55UHP & Mikrotik RB962UiGS-5HacT2HnT(hAP-ac) are compatible with unifi . dont care about hypptv

like I said in my previous reply, no more tp link for me . I inclined towards mikrotik due to its flexibility.

Apparently they have no idea at all bila itu upgrading will be done. to some sub they say only Sept baru dapat

while the previously 30mb sub already enjoying 50mb at lower price we the current 50mb sub still paying the same price but no upgrade

the 100mb sub lagi kesian. dunno what they will get

I thought all sub who got upgrade from 50mb to 100mb will get this new D-link DIR-850L router?

Thank you for the info. Will contact them regarding the "system and infrastructure readiness" . I guess if you want to cancel your current sub and opt for a more expensive 100mb PRO plan at RM300++ I am sure they will process your application within 1 week lol.

makes me wonder what happened to 100mb pro plan subs who signed up before PM make announcement regarding the so called free upgrading

I sent several complaints already and I got different reply but somehow similar

However, our timeframe for upgrading process will started on
February 2017 until July 2017 and for you account our expectation month is June 2017.
