I read in Digi's community discussions on their webpage that the new version isn't available to corporate accounts. Not sure about the rest.

Has a friend who's problem logging in too, and that's just a normal account.

Well I guess we need to explore around the app and see the available plans. I assume the internet plans for Live and Best are pretty much the same, just in different section.

Call to digi careline. But their waiting call is extremely long.. wait more than 6 or 7 minutes reach the operator.

I just wondering why digi don't separate their careline between prepaid department n postpaid department? It is totally crap high call waiting..

Try to call via other operator like maxis celcom um
I tried friday 6pm and my call get connected within 5 min
I think the calls will be faster coz they wanna grab new user?

old one is better, can see data, call, sms, $ usage at home page. now need swipe left and right. such a big dashboard but when only open show so little info, wasted.

Have you tried Digi new online chat? It tells u how long b4 the next CS can chat with u. It's on Digi website.

Anyone has experience using BB60 / 100 for gaming? How is the ping? I heard the broadband pack block alot of port for to limit the voip (must buy extra plan to use). So I was wondering if any game port is somewhat affected by this. Also, I will be using Mudfish to play. Would this cause any issue with the broadband connection?

From cari, they mentioned that the fb usage will be inside the 5GB ...
It will use the unlimited quota after ur 5GB is finish used.

Of co, i duno the quota of the unlimited, but based on digi, thr is always got quota for their unlimited plan.... I bet it is 10GB , siMilar to their daily unlimited plan...

Same, try already.. Really "calling" jam this waiting call..
Get connected within 5 min?

If you use other telco to call within 5 min.. (e.g your call rate is RM0.15/minit), then at least RM0.75 at waiting call gone.
Again customer service want to check your detail.. (Pls hold a while, I check from your system 1st), another 1 or 2 minit, then another RM0.30 gone.

After settle your problem, estimate around RM1 or RM2 (case by case issued) call rate gone.
If not, need to follow up again this case... Cost again another RM 2 or RM3... Who can tahan this type of issued?
Unless you use webe to call then never mind, put your phone on your table kasih call waiting up to 10 minutes never mind.. (Coz unlimited call..)
