Hi..i just ported out from webe to digi 110 postpaid. I noticed that the 4g speed during weekend is quite terrible..is it normal?

I hear you. For the same reason like yours I don't call anymore if online chat is not available. I just emailed Digi my complaint. Same thing when I was with Maxis.

New mydigi app only show available internet quota, not bar type like previous. Or is there any way to turn it on? I want to know how much have I used out of full quota allocation.

If you use other telco to call within 5 min.. (e.g your call rate is RM0.15/minit), then at least RM0.75 at waiting call gone.

After settle your problem, estimate around RM1 or RM2 (case by case issued) call rate gone.

Unless you use webe to call then never mind, put your phone on your table kasih call waiting up to 10 minutes never mind.. (Coz unlimited call..)

But i think every package got its quota named thr...
For example 1GB free
2.5GB live streaming like this ohmy.gif

Not everything got quota on package name.
As for my Broadband quota, stated Broadbank Internet 70 - Stream Free, Broadbank Internet 70 - Stream On Demand and Broadband Internet 70.
Luckily I got old MyDigi on my other phone.

I'd faced same problem with my BB after updated to new MyDigi apps, but I resolved this after login to my other CONNECT account (other Digi prepaid number).

When login to my other CONNECT account, I tried the option to join other number into current account (under +View other numbers), entered IC Number then played around with the options. Think the message "No valid number returned from CONNECT" meaning that the CONNECT account has no digi number linked already. So most likely that Digi already moved your number to your another CONNECT account.

Maybe you can give a try to login with your other CONNECT account Digi number.

If your case is not very urgent, then write to email to DiGi is still acceptable.
But take note DiGi will reply your email after 5 or 6 working days...

If maxis, normally you just straight away PM in this Forum Lowyat.
maxis teams will respond to you within 1 or 2 days.

If your UM corporate plan is unlimited call plan, then never mind.
It's up to you can call how many times to digi, as long as you have patience to wait..

I get what you're saying but as far as I'm aware I only have one CONNECT account since I've only ever used one email for all my numbers. Unless there is a ghost account lurking somewhere in the system. Anyway I'll find time this week to go to a Digi Store and sort this out.

You can also twitter to Digi/Maxis. My experience with Maxis here all I can say they are selective with the complaints to response.

Btw this is just a friendly discussion.

Overall Digi is slower in answering complaints.
