2.4GHz or 5GHz has nothing to do with the Digi network itself. It's between the MiFi and your phone and/or devices. Most phones and PCs can receive 2.4GHz WiFi. Many older devices do not support 5GHz WiFi.

No, cannot share the unlimited weekend with other SIMs.

The only way to share the weekend quota is to use your phone as mobile hotspot or to put your SIM into a MiFi/WiFi+USB setup.

Note that there is a "sharing charge" of RM10 monthly on top of all the various plan fees. Yes, the headline from Digi Marketing is a little misleading.

4G at my area has been terrible since last night. 3G feels much faster. Must be a lot of streaming/P2P happening this holiday weekend.
