Yes, however you might encounter 2 problems based on your luck.

1st - Service provider will really help to solve your problem (like digi) and they won't do police report to you (because it is the service provider faulty that did not solve your problem well proper). But your face become famous like him (based on soyacincau).. You can become Youtuber.

OR

2nd - Service provider will make a police report based on your attitude vandalism and revolt their HQ there. And you will experience the issues enter to jail.
The service provider did not help to solve the problem, but end up you will receive a lawyer letter and meet them on court.

Is it currently myDigi apps down?

My one for the digi apps show "Error! Server Error We're sorry! The server encountered an internal error. Please try again later".

It seems like myDigi apps is unstable one.

Same as my situation. I want to retrieve the bill statement from MyDiGi apps and also DiGi website, but the bill statement file is corrupted and unable to view the PDF file.
Already write to email support, now already 3 days still haven't reply.

Yesterday I write Digi to PM Facebook, and AGAIN directly mention at facebook public homepage. See they got reply or not.
If they simply terminate my line and want me to pay reconnection fee, I think should write towards CFC or MCMC teams already..

Extremely late respond already... shakehead.gif

Suppose the billing department should be more rapid response because all the money need to be paid to DiGi.
DiGi don't want receive amount? unsure.gif

I m not sure how they create the billing system. However if there is any issue for the billing system, should notify us in official website or SMS at the first place.
But not once we trigger, then comes out a lot of problems. Don't you think it's too late?

Then who gonna to responsible the re-connection fee due to not yet settle the bill payment and been temporary suspended line?

Screenshot this to DiGi Facebook there. They are quite fast respond to you compare by using email.
Nowadays DiGi is really unstable for their website and also myDiGi apps..

Call to digi careline. But their waiting call is extremely long.. wait more than 6 or 7 minutes reach the operator.

I just wondering why digi don't separate their careline between prepaid department n postpaid department? It is totally crap high call waiting..

Same, try already.. Really "calling" jam this waiting call..

If you use other telco to call within 5 min.. (e.g your call rate is RM0.15/minit), then at least RM0.75 at waiting call gone.
Again customer service want to check your detail.. (Pls hold a while, I check from your system 1st), another 1 or 2 minit, then another RM0.30 gone.

After settle your problem, estimate around RM1 or RM2 (case by case issued) call rate gone.
If not, need to follow up again this case... Cost again another RM 2 or RM3... Who can tahan this type of issued?
Unless you use webe to call then never mind, put your phone on your table kasih call waiting up to 10 minutes never mind.. (Coz unlimited call..)

If your case is not very urgent, then write to email to DiGi is still acceptable.
But take note DiGi will reply your email after 5 or 6 working days...

If maxis, normally you just straight away PM in this Forum Lowyat.
maxis teams will respond to you within 1 or 2 days.
