Anyway, those who asking about this, you just go to Digi Store (not sure can or not at DSE though) and ask for sign up/upgrade/MNP and of course wait for your queue number.

It's funny that when I posted my problems on their fb page, they chose to ignore my post totally but they replied all other posts by other people. I dunno what to do anymore. Call and email also dun help. 😡

I ported over from U Mobile to Digi - much to my surprise in my area U mobile has faster speed than Digi - weekends is worse, I'm getting less than 5 Mbps compared to previously U Mobile at around 15Mbps to 25 Mbps

Finally updated to MyDigi 5.0.0

However, it seems like a step backwards.

• Can't log in to CONNECT.  Sometimes the app can see the number I'm on and lets me in, sometimes it insists on going through CONNECT which doesn't work.
  
• Can't see my other numbers because I can't connect to CONNECT.  Later I reinstalled old version of MyDigi and had no problems.
  
• When I first updated this morning I got a message saying my free 3x1GB will start 17 Mar.  And yet when I claimed this, it starts right today.
  
• No usage progress bar, unlike older version.
  
• Generally too bright; no dark theme option.
  
• I thought older MyDigi was slow.  This 5.0.0 is worse.
  

Overall lousy first impressions.  A big thumbs down from me.  👎

digi was quite good in my area, most of the time 30Mbps or highest can reach 60Mbps.. but due to quota limitation I migrated to webe..my monthly data usage is around 30GB
now with webe 3g and 4g capping fiasco, thinking to migrate back to DiGi.. but probably will live with the max 25GB quota (and unlimited on weekends only)

dont get on umobile, coverage is bad here.

my office area tho, just behind my office is digi network and operation station.. basically most telco network operations (except webe) located around my office so basically most telco got good network most telco can get 30-40Mbps speed... only if got unlimited quota like webe tho

Digi rep told me it's RM 308 for penalty alone because contract.
How is it calculated? Can I nego lower?

Digi is getting stupider every single day. If they keep this up, offering unlimited like no tomorrow, network sure jam after this. Nowadays in my home town Digi 4G barely reaches 10 Mbps. Hmmmm

Regarding to the new plan offer by DIGI, please read carefully what DIGI had stated.

Speed – Each Plan has its respective browsing speed. Digi Postpaid 80 Infinite is set at up to 5Mbps while there is no speed restriction on Digi Postpaid 150 Infinite. The service may have some limitations in certain locations or certain periods of time.
