same here.digi bill only issued 25 onwards.need to keep track the billing as the system is not as fast as maxis..maxis will instanly deduct the amount u have paid.

I m not sure how they create the billing system. However if there is any issue for the billing system, should notify us in official website or SMS at the first place.
But not once we trigger, then comes out a lot of problems. Don't you think it's too late?

Then who gonna to responsible the re-connection fee due to not yet settle the bill payment and been temporary suspended line?

I'm using 50 unlimited call plan. Turns out 7gb fb and youtube quota applies to instagram too. Good.

The normal one without "shared" cannot share quota with other SIMs. The one with "shared" in the name means can share the quota with other SIMs which you have registered as your supplementary lines (Postpaid 38, Postpaid 28 or Gadget SIM).

i'm using the prepaid LiVE pack.

my 2 GB video & music (for life) quota has finished and i have to wait until 2 more days until it is reset. but i still have the 4GB video & music quota left untouched though.

so i topup the 300MB RM1 quota. to my surprise, when i watch youtube, the quota is taken from the 300MB topup quota and not the 4GB video music.

is this normal? how is their data consumption priority list?

Screenshot this to DiGi Facebook there. They are quite fast respond to you compare by using email.
Nowadays DiGi is really unstable for their website and also myDiGi apps..

How u get the untouched 4GB video n music?

If it is monthly plan, then the priority is correct as the sequence shud b like this

FOC quota - daily plan - weekly plan - monthly plan..

Man, the new 10GB/30 days add-on for RM10 is bloody awesome.

I used to pay over RM100 a month for Maxis just to get some extra data in the rate of Rm8 for 1GB a day pass. Overall, i got robbed by Maxis on a RM50 monthly plan usually ends up way more than i'm paying now for Digi 110 plan.
