Maybe i been deal with them twice.

Please be careful about The new RM50 plan (3GB data+7GB FB and Youtube).The connection will totally cant connect after the 3GB data finished.Not like previously become slow connection like 64 kbps.So you need buy add on data to keep the phone connect to internet.

Can you confirm, is it 3gb 4g internet? If area no 4g or line suddently drop to 3g, will there be internet still? A let down if charge when calls enter voicemail, but can't expect much.

Anybody got problem with chatting on phone the. Always got line disruption or suddenly no line then the call will be cut off? Esp when driving and it will happen on the same spots each time. My phone can't chit chat long. Sure will hv disruption within the one call.

I always have this problem. Not sure if is digi or my note 4 problem.. this problem is actually since long which i think is my phone problem so I can't do anything unless change new phone.

Digi postpaid data plan, when all quota consumable, memang unable to surf since many years ago.

Postpaid 48 and 50 after reach quota will stop internet . That's already like that long time ago. Only higher end package like digi68 above gv u 64kbps.

You should directly call to digi helpline ask them to do something about this.

bit late and I noticed they combined both music and video freedom quotas together.. no wonder when watching youtube it says my music freedom quota almost finished

It's funny that when I posted my problems on their fb page, they chose to ignore my post totally but they replied all other posts by other people. I dunno what to do anymore. Call and email also dun help. 😡

You can try to visit their Digi Store. Have you click to subscribe anything? If no, I believe you using Android phone right? Because this always happen on Android phone.

Don't click anything from those SMS link or you will be charged for the subscription.

Normally if you see the SMS started with RM0.00 meaning this SMS will not cost you anything. In case the starting amount of SMS is other than RM0.00 then you have to call Digi to complain about it ASAP, tell them you will report to MCMC if no action is taken.

Try your remedy with MCMC.

Then what happen when you call? totally no one answer? Did you try unsubscribe from those service? if all else fail, report to MCMC. This is not only specific to Digi, but other telco also have the same problem. I once bought a xpax number and was plague with this issue and I just stop reloading and let the number expired. Sometimes we are just unlucky to get those recycled number whereby previous owner maybe subscribe to those service.

Anyone checking Digi LTE band 1800 or 2600 MHz?

Which band is used more (more areas)? Is it 1800 or 2600 MHz?

Digi has more 1800mhz than its 2600mhz sites
U can say that, if thr is 2600mhz, thr must have 1800mhz.
This also cause 4g+ network.

But, if thr is 1800mhz, it doesnt mean it has 2600mhz.
Which mean only normal 4g network.

But....but.....but.....it is different for in building site.
Most of the shopping mall using 2600mhz only like mv, pavilion, klcc, sunway velocity, ioi city mall...
So...... So...so...pls dun bring china type LTE phone to thr as it only support 1800mhz


2nd but...... Some of the mall got 4g+ network, like lowyat, times square, sunway pyramid, ioi mall puchong..


3rd but...... Some of the new in building site using 1800mhz site d.... For example.... Wetex.muar, kluang mall, bp mall, etc...


In conclusion, god knows what digi thinking.....

Same as my situation. I want to retrieve the bill statement from MyDiGi apps and also DiGi website, but the bill statement file is corrupted and unable to view the PDF file.
Already write to email support, now already 3 days still haven't reply.

Yesterday I write Digi to PM Facebook, and AGAIN directly mention at facebook public homepage. See they got reply or not.
If they simply terminate my line and want me to pay reconnection fee, I think should write towards CFC or MCMC teams already..

Extremely late respond already...

Suppose the billing department should be more rapid response because all the money need to be paid to DiGi.
DiGi don't want receive amount?
