i'm using the prepaid LiVE pack.
my 2 GB video & music (for life) quota has finished and i have to wait until 2 more days until it is reset. but i still have the 4GB video & music quota left untouched though.
so i topup the 300MB RM1 quota. to my surprise, when i watch youtube, the quota is taken from the 300MB topup quota and not the 4GB video music.
is this normal? how is their data consumption priority list?

I am quite surprised to see the prepaid topup options have changed to new ones: rm3 - 2GB 1day rm5 - 5GB 1day rm7 - 7GB 3days rm10 - 10GB 5days previously was: rm1 - 300MB 1day rm3 - 300MB 1day rm4 - 1.5GB 1day rm7 - 1GB 1 day rm10 - 2GB 1day God dayum digi you are AWESOME! the latest Live prepaid, they have removed the MyDigi exclusive topup 10GB for 5days - RM10 and also 7GB for 3 days - RM3. WTF Digi you are not awesome anymore!  |
