what is the call rate after i exceed my call quota on postpaid plan ?

All my other phones showing LTE but this current iphone 6 showing 4G and very bad signal. Sim card issue? |

I heard that new postpaid 50 will have unlimited call and 3GB data. Left over data can carry 1gb forward kah?
