not yet, pay maintanence fee, majority of interest rate.

Near my area has a landed property, asking price at 8xxk high side. 2 years cannot sell. I asked the neighbour, is the price fair? He replied, it's fair, but just not much people interested, location a bit not nice. Although I would not mind personally haha, I'll monitor how long it would take to get that unit out.
