Actually depending la... Buy outside KL... Work from home...

Unless your work need to everyliday go office..

If not... BUy KL address = pigeon hole. Buy OUTSIDE KL = SUFFER. Everyday travel to work. Stay home 2 hours. Then sleep liao..

BEtter buy outside KL but work from home. Or rent a room in KL only..

and impose how many property a person able to hold. need to burn these BBBUUU gang.

Mean if one hold more than 2 property; impose RPGT+ Ownership tax+ Capital Gain. This will help to free up property glut and avoid price manipulation.

Better environmental conditions in the countryside have attracted more urbanites to migrate to rural areas, including retirees, said Rural Development Minister Datuk Seri Rina Mohd Harun.

She said, according to the Department of Statistics’ 2018 Migration Survey report, the migration rate from urban to rural areas was at 19.5 per cent (in 2018) compared to only 4.2 per cent for 2016, while the rate of migration from rural to urban areas for 2018 dropped to 4.8 per cent compared to 15.2 per cent in 2016.

I think the market is gonna get worse this year. I have many friends who not only have difficulties selling their units, rent also cannot. Especially those which are above 400k.

Lower the rental also cannot? If got good rental deal... i am sure tenant will consider...if landlord insist wanna rent at high price or so called "market" rate then i have no further comment...
