QUOTE(mrhseinpingq @ Feb 1 2018, 04:08 PM) No.FPX is a payment gateway system. In FPX, the money is actually transferred from your ac to a "merchant", not for yourself or any ordinary bank account. In the e-fd FPX mechanism, the money is transferred to HL bank from your other bank account, or in other word, the bank "sell" you a e-FD, and you paid for it using your other bank account via FPX. It is different compared to IBF, IBFT or Rentas |

Did not hear of the 4.35%. So I guess they may have raised it this week. But probably for large sum only. For BIG cookies ! then the BM at Damansara was like why not with us since you already here. Minimum RM50,000.00 = 4.3% p.a for 12 months OTC Less than RM50,000.00 = 4.0% p.a for 12 months OTC Minimum Deposit: RM 10,000.00 I'm checking with AmBank Branch Manager, they never have 4.35% p.a. for 12 months ?!! This post has been edited by tarc2000: Feb 2 2018, 11:36 AM |

Then you will know what to do LOL if holding Islamic FD HLB, as long as more than 3 months then the bank will calculate the interest but not sure the detail calculation. |
