are you using phone app or via maybank2u website?

Its only do-able via online website

Ahhh Islamic eTD-i seems like i do not have an account, although there's a link for me to open account (by placing an eTD-i via PBB account) however it gives error after that.
Guess i have to walk-in to OTC for opening an eTD-i account first.
