laugh.gif whats the point of this? system is a go but infra is a no go

go check their TnC. still subject to technical availability.

u still can sign....when installer come and found out your place could not reach 30mbps still a no go
*
landed i do not see a problem as it is always certain it can support, it is more of high rise that's the limitation of medium.

if u can sign online for the particular package, it is pretty much certain ur address can support the package, from the system, it already stated the package is available based on the address entered.

not to forget, after application submitted online, one needs to wait till TM to call back to confirm the application, the TM staff will certainly check for the availabilty of the package for the address before they schedule for installation too.

So it has actually gone thru two rounds of check. if going through all these official channels either online or at TM point. u will be unlikely to encounter situation that u signed the package liao then end up installer comes then it said the speed cannot be supported.

Here's how:
google

Stop expecting people to spoon feed you please, there are things that you can learn on your own by taking 3 seconds of your life to type "how to do port forwarding" in google dry.gif

i think u need to google and understand 1st why u need to do port forwarding before u can configure it.
u understand the concept, then easier for u to configure.
or least tell us what u need @ for which application etc, then we can guide u what to configure there.

are you sure that slow speed are caused by closed port or just that torrent doesn't have healthy seeders to lechers ratio or just simply not enough seeders.

For torrent download it's all depend on the seed...with healthy seed i can get at least 11MB/s to 13MB/s. Most of the time i get above 12MB/s

maximum speed for torrent should be same as ur maximum of ur internet speed package.
like mine, 30mbps, can achive full speed if do port porwarding and healthy seed

todo port forwarding, u need to know ur torrent client using which port and what is the local ip. ( better to use static ip for ur torrent client).
like mine, i hv NAS for torrent, setup static ip for it, then do port forwarding on ur router.

When download game time can reach 100GB a day, for example download a 60++GB game took around 1.5 hours to complete. Especially now steam origin winter sale, going to download alot more... biggrin.gif

No it doesn't
It depends on your wireless or ethernet connection speed

If your PC is connected using the ethernet cable, and the port on your router / PC only supports 100Mb/s, offcourse you won't be able to get the full speed of 500Mb/s internet speed
If through wireless, both your laptop and router must be able to support wireless AC to enjoy the full speed of TIME Fiber 500Mb/s

Need some help here.

After installation, I receive 2 emails. One is login info for the online portal account, which works.
Another email is for HyppTV Everywhere. It provide the username and password, but I am unable to log into the hypptv page using the info. It keep prompting me for username and password.

Anything I am missing here?

The link I use is https://www.tm.com.my/hypptv/Pages/Home.aspx
I'm guessing that is the correct page
