Halo, All the VAIO club member, i would like to buy the CR-35 coming few weeks, As everyone know, PC FAIR price will be cheaper than lowyat current price?

vaio price is controlled by sony, dont think it will get cheaper in pc show, but you will normally get more freebies in pc show..

sony vaio laptop normally come with one year local warranty, unless like in previous promotion, they give the VOS(VAIO Oversea Service) for free..
or you can purchase the VOS, i think the price is RM199

price wont differ one la.

i own 2 VAIO so far, the only problem is i install a incompatible ram and the laptop keep restarting, i brought it to VAIO service center, they even change the whole mother board for me, after that only realise is the RAM problem.. haha

I bought it for RM4,488. I got mine from Sony Center (Ground Floor Low Yat Plaza), and they gave me a few free gifts with my purchase:

- 2GB Pen Drive
- Headphones
- Laptop Cooler

Think all the shops are offering the same price, but don't think all are offering the free gifts.

Warranty is 1 year, extended warranty have to sign up online. I haven't yet.

I got my CR35 last wednesday.. and today I found that my AV Mode button isn't working.. and then when I press on the volumn control buttons - and +, the volumn will change.. but it won't show on the screen.. This happened to my bf's CR35 also last nite.. but I restart.. then it's ok.. my bf's one.. after restarting... the AV Mode now won't work.

Will this because of the setting from the vaio control panel ?
