Alright apparently paying full for the online purchase will at least ensure you will get the unit in Feb and not needing to wait until longer (March-April, which is the actual "launch" for the PS4 Pro in Msia). Now don't take my word for it, there's no 100% certainty here.

Yes you can change to any email you want, if you want to switch the email address for both psn accounts with current email accounts, you might need a 3rd email temporarily to switch. Think my ps4 having problems.. yesterday couldn't detect system storage.. today difficult connecting over WiFi and random shut down Any laptop hard drive will work with the PS4. There's no unique or special hardware required. You might need to download the latest firmware from PlayStation since you might be having Wifi connection as well. You might need to format to Fat32/exFat for it to read the new hard drive. This post has been edited by NixiN-7hieN: Jan 16 2017, 11:19 PM

Yeah I know how to replace the HDD, just need to find where to get one.. laptop drives getting uncommon due to SSD being slightly more affordable The only other worry I have is the network issue Maybe just have to bring in for a repair

My bad comprehension then. Dunno, I have like 10 spare hard drives cause everyone swapping to SSD/HHD and leaving the old hard drives behind so no reason to buy more. Also, not good for me to assume that you are in KL area. But I usually get my stuff at Wangsa Walk cause they seen to have stock no one wants. If worse comes to worst than you still can't find one, you can always buy those portable hard drives and strip the hard drives yourself. If the purpose is to find a super cheap dealer of old hard drives. Can always ask in garage sales if anyone selling off second hand. This post has been edited by NixiN-7hieN: Jan 17 2017, 09:59 AM

QUOTE(gacktleong @ Jan 17 2017, 10:07 AM) Any1 tried normal ps4 to 4k tv? Will the upscale cause the output laggy and worst? It depends more on the TV than the system or your settings. If the TV has input lag at 4K, then no matter if you're running upscale or native there will be lag. Though there are arguments that upscaling is a process that should cause lag. So far it is not as noticeable as a 4KTV with poor 4K support in the first place. 1080p@60Hz and 4K@60Hz for most TVs are the same in terms of input lag. But once you turn off game mode, lag goes up. Statistics here on how TVs handle input lag. (Lower numbers are better) Note: I'm sure there are others with more experience out there, but this is for a perceived/noticeable difference. I'm sure we can argue 5-10% difference, but unless you are doing frame perfect speedruns, Mike Tyson's Punch-Out or still playing Rock Band. Most games are designed to take into account the lag found in HDTVs. So if you want a pure, lag-free gameplay. Going back to CRTs might be the solution. Actaully i tried playing ps4 on a monitor and tv. My eye cant spot any different in term of input lagging. i checked with the sales man in shop, he said as long using a quality 2.0 hdmi. hmmmm

QUOTE(antwar @ Jan 17 2017, 02:37 PM) Wait input lag we are talking about for 1080p @60fps ker? Samsung UHK6000 model has 19.8ms input lag. However if 4K resolution the input lag figure change right? Is my understanding correct?
