anyone have this problem (old ps4)

1: loud noise..especially when playing games like uncharted 4 (still ok to play right?)
2: turn on ps4 using controller but sometimes the tv/monitor screen stays black but the controller and ps4 console is turn on. dont think its a tv problem,happen to two tv models already, n btw happen to 2 different ps4 also

what causing the hdcp and how to fix
didnt actually understand , they said need to buy splitter to fix?
my screen is blank(black) but there sound
my solution now is turnn off and on the ps4 but this happen frequently lately..so annoying

can i topup money in ps store using the 1st acc and buy it using 2nd acc??
