One question, when i sit in the car, can i sit at the passenger seat at the back?
*
its illegal for the driver to ask you to sit in front...

but, its better for you and the driver, if you sit in front...safer...

Got a driver with 5 star rating..big sedan summore..but..end up its another guy that drive me using a different car. Told me that it's his partner and the work for the same "company".

His partner was driving with phone in hand looking at GPS all the way back to PJ. It was a really wtf first time experience for me..

I once had a uber driver that circled the area a few times and he couldn't find the location although the specified pick up point was accurate. He just couldn't understand my directions when I asked him to stop the car and wait, I will walk to him. I ended up cancelling because there was a grab driver in the area and he called and yelled at me. I was really rushing and didn't need to be driven by an idiot.

Another incident involved a grab driver. He arrived and went straight into the condominium when I specifically told him that I am already waiting at the main road. He then called and rudely yelled 'SUDAH SAMPAI LAH, LU MANA AH?' When I entered his car he continued his tirade telling me that I should have been at the location before bidding for a ride. I told him to stop the car, I got off and told him to 'F off'.

One of my students, a Bangladeshi guy was racially abused by a driver who asked him to get out of the country.

I think that while the majority of drivers are nice and decent people the number of assholes are on the rise lately.

For me I'm doing full time. I used to drive Uber but now Grab.

Cons:

Uber: Many times pickup points wrongly put .

Grab: Got one time I almost arrived about 300 meters almost arrived at pickup point. The rider cancel the trip. Fucking idiot , wasting my fuel.

The apps showing many drivers is a trick used by all the ride sharing services, they are not real. Don't believe what the apps shows you. All bluff.

Took an Uber from LRT station to my place. During the entire journey the driver kept playing with his phone and never look at road properly. Then when arriving at the destination almost hit the curb. Damn teruk sia. Gave one star terus.

IMO they should have option for drivers not to pick up cash payment method customers. Using credit card should be the norm and its safer for drivers too.

Today have a bad request from Grab Passenger.

1) I already arrived at your location.(me)
- Ok I saw your Car.
- can you wait me for 3 Minutes.
- Sure.(me)
- I waited more than 5 minutes. (Me) getting angry....
- I decided to cancel, and put a no show. (Me)
- Few seconds after I cancel. Then he quickly called me sorry ah I'm having a discussion...Sort of meeting I guess. He said how...Can you wait for me or get back fetch him again.
- I was like wtf you request Grab means you're ready to move your ass and wait for my car to arrive. What If I didn't call him , maybe I am waiting like 1 hour. Sure fucking idiot. If got meeting let the driver know about it.
- I told him you better get another driver. My first time passenger acted like his the boss, I am his personal driver for Rm5 busy hour requested trip 4.40pm.

I once booked a Uber from Sunway Pyramid and the driver called me upon confirmation to ask me where am I going. I told him my destination and he told me he only go to airport, asked me to cancel the booking. I wasn't expecting taxi attitude and needless to say I'm mad as hell, I scolded him right away and he just keep insisting me to cancel it. Made a report to uber afterward and only got a reply that they will investigate it and when I insisted them to update me with follow up they didn't reply me. Shame on them if no action was taken

Lol, If the driver dont want to go to your location its up to him. Why scold him. He is not your slave. Just cancel the ride and request another driver la.

I encounter many case like this and i have no problem cancelling the ride if the driver request as I understand ride sharing should be mutual. If the driver dont want to go to where I want to go, its fine and its his right. I just wait for another driver or I can just call a taxi.

These days many stupid rider think their money can force driver to serve them.

Are you being serious? By right the driver have to go anywhere we requested them to, they cannot choose. This is why Uber make it that the driver cannot see their passenger destination until they picked them up. It's even in Uber policy that driver must drive the passenger to anywhere they want.

MUST send passenger? Haha. You are delusional. Its a free world and There is no such thing la bro. Its should be mutual. Otherwise why have cancel button for both driver and rider?

There is no such thing as MUST. If the driver think your money worth the destination they will pick you. Otherwise just cancel it and wait for willing driver.

Dont be an arrogant kid and think your small money can buy you anything.
