QUOTE(Chryos1029 @ Jan 12 2017, 11:19 PM) Will be better if you include a budget (e.g. rm400 etc.) and the layout you prefer. If tkl or fullsize, can go for the filco with mx pink (silent switch) I think it's 419 from ultimate zone? Or you can just go for install O-rings on linear mx switch as well. Alright, noted. What are the prices that are considered budget/cheap for the keyboards? I'm totally clueless regarding this. Have read up a bit on keyboards that are silent before this, Logitech have keyboards that have o-rings pre installed on them right? Will try to do more research, thanks so much for the suggestions!

QUOTE(nders @ Jan 12 2017, 09:57 PM) no idea if this is the cause (from their website manual): Android部分手机虽然是4.4版本,但是不支持BLE HID协议,会存在兼容性问题,如无法搜索到键盘等。 "some android phones, even with android version 4.4 (and up), will still have compatibility issues like unable to find keyboard because of the lack of support of BLE HID protocol" Wow that's just disheartening. Is there any other way I can program they keyboard besides using the app through Android?

I suggest that you reach around MYR 300++ for your first keyboard. Current recommendation right now is CM series (TKL and above) and Anne Pro for 60%. O-rings are really stupidly cheap and I can give you a set for free (or just Poslaju transport costs) if you ever need them. Best for silent would be anything but MX Blues (because silent is a bullshit marketing term). Also, you can join the facebook group to be spammed "Lifetime Warranty" shite-tier China boards whenever you ask for a recommendation. Of course, you'll wanna sell it after 6 months when you realize what is a bad board and what is a good board.

Any TKL within the price range? or even full size but compact design will do You can get a Filco for 399 on lazada Or you can go lelong to search for Masterkeys Pro S RGB which is TKL, there are some sellers selling around at RM419 but you need to pm them to ensure there's stock left.

Not sure why the Filco don't have warranty for RM 399 in Lazada. But, the MasterKeys Pro S RGB RM 419 is unrealistic. Just buy at own risk.

I tried to buy a keyboard with doubleshot PBT from WASD last year. But then they went out-of-stock when I was ready to order.
I hesitated because the shipping to our shore is like 50USD or something? Or is that from EK? I can't remember.
Good thing is that led me to the Japanese instead.

Though I do have Filco's key puller. Can't comment on their keyboards—I have no experience with any of them. I heard they are quite good. No idea where to get them sorry. Edit: I like WASD offerings. Their CODE keyboards are nice I think. Then I saw V2 with options to customize those keys. But then I started to read about doubleshot PBT, then I read about switches... I think it's a very vicious cycles. Well, I just don't have the $$$ to go through that cycles. This post has been edited by LEVIATHAN: Jan 14 2017, 11:00 AM
