If the other party didn't renew their roadtax, it won't be an issue because if they didn't have insurance, your insurance would still cover under Own Damage - Knock for Knock - No impact to your insurance NCB if the Investigation Report sides with you saying that you are 100% at no fault for the accident.

Anyway, just need to make sure you have all the proper photos during the accident, and the other party also needs to do police report. If only 1 party does the police report, the investigating officer would have problems to complete the report - and you would have problems claiming from insurance OD-KFK. You need to forfeit your NCB to fix it under your insurance...

I did have the photos during the accident but I didn't pass it to the Sarjen.... Should I send the photo to him?

Should always bring the key with you (for security) - let me check whether can switch off the motion sensor mentioned by @Gyno.
It would be the best if it can be done, walk away auto lock will activate while your passenger is inside but will not trigger the alarm.

It looks tempting, but not sure is that any chance this guy will give fake 3M?

SA not promise the discount /rebate. All depend on Honda promo for next year or CNY promo.

i dont think there is much discount in jan 17~ coz demand should be quite high, all waiting 2017 car.
