Hi guys, I need some advise for insurance claim due to car been hit at the back.
My car accident at Elite highway 2km before Exit 606 Bandar Saujana Putra, the driver agree his mistake & we agree to make police report. Today I've make a police report at traffic police Banting. The Sarjen told me to wait for 20 days for result. (Need so long...??)
I've give the information as below:
- My car number
- Other party car number
- Location
- Time of accident
- How it happen
I miss to take down the driver's contact & the photo of road tax.
Is it possible to claim the other party's insurance?
What if the other party didn't make the report?
Can I claim my insurance 1st to repair my car then claim back from the other party?
What if the other party road tax is not renew, will I able to claim from him?

Hi guys, just now washing my car & I found that my wind screen got plenty of white dot & it's all small dented all over the wind screen. My car just about 3 month plus old & the small dent is more than my previous 10 yrs old Altis which is barely notice any dent.......
Any one got the same issue??
I feel like the windscreen is using low grade material......
