If get good one then is good, your lucky day.
If get bad one ma pren type wait 20 mins, multiple stops, then is your unlucky day.

Can i know what exactly is the difference between Grab Ambassador / Grab Pro and Grab Flexi?

I noticed Ambassador and Pro benefit seems to be similar. And who exactly will opt for Grab Flexi if they can be pro with better incentives?

I'm posting now while camping in ss2 and I am so paranoid it's gonna ping without me seeing since u guys have been complaining of missed notifications for jobs lol when minimized. Is this a glitch for everyone?

I had to cancel 3 last week, 2 reported and I am banned.

Now, I had to appeal to Grab to unban my account, pretty much sad case.

Simple. Grab Flexi are those not aiming for incentive. So, you can really choose your trips.
Eg. you're in subang and you dont wanna go kl. Ping come - rider wanna go kl. You just ignore.
Wait until you get the ping you want to go. Your acceptance will be very teruk but who cares. You are not aiming for incentive.

To be Ambassador or Pro, you need to maintain your acceptance rate, keep your star ratings high. Cancellation cannot go more than 10%.
And must pick up riders from designated busy areas by Grab (at least 50%) during MP, UP and HP hour blocks.

So, to be Ambassador and Pro, you need to manage quite a bit of stuff.... and that includes smiling, greetings and keeping your car clean.
The reward is the incentive $$$

Flexi - i feel this is for people who just want to try it out or do for fun.... or maybe just bored? lol

Don't mind sharing with me something as I'm not part of the bashing here ; does the new app not put me as online and available for jobs when I minimize? First day using new app, last time minimizing was fine, but now everytime I reopen grab driver it says "available for jobs", does that mean when I minimize it isn't available?

Set up a new rider account is easy. Although you need to have another phone number and email.

I think everyone here has their 'useful' eyes to judge whether he's 'helpful' or not. The way he talked already exposes his level is so 'high'! According to his logic, just close his eyes if he dislikes some comments! Just wonder why so sensitive about negative comments if we stand firm. Read, take the one useful and forget about negatives. It's normal to have complaints wherever they are people, complaints make improvement. See what Grab changed in cancellation criteria?

Please revert back to old version if can , new version not so stable yet

Does your phone has an option , when you minimize the screen , is the app is still running at background ? If no please enable it.

If you are using android, should have no problem with that.

I thought thats only happen for ios? and okay for android?
