QUOTE(wc_how @ Nov 27 2017, 11:50 AM) After few days of Oreo, i very satisfy on it. Super smooth near to 0 lag unless heavy gaming + phone heat up. RAM management is working now, 92% ram usage without lag, unlike 7.1. This is only flagship level performance. So far, my review is Performance: 7.0 > 8.0 > 6.0 > 7.1 Stability: 8.0 > 6.0 > 7.0 > 7.1 Battery: 8.0 > 6.0 > 7.0 > 7.1 Overall: 8.0 > 7.0 > 6.0 > 7.1 Does the phone heat up easily under light usage??

QUOTE(dark_winter1314 @ Nov 30 2017, 07:46 AM) I'm using xz1 compact. Without case the sharp edges really dig into my palm, very uncomfortable for me. Currently using the gel case, much better.

But a very little slightly warmer than nougat for normal usage. When high performance, oreo is far cooler.

QUOTE(wc_how @ Nov 30 2017, 04:29 PM) I didn't realize this function is gone. I never clear cache unless low space. Never clear for XZ because 64gb is much enough for me. I prefer the new oero way, just let it auto. I guess I need to get use to new Oreo then. So far mine only 38% used - 39.95GB free. But when used FB, Insta and Twitter will use lots of cache..

Even updated to Oreo, when using Camera recording for 6 mins, notification pops up saying phone temperature is rising and some features will be disabled.
But luckily didn't auto stop recording though.

Why la Sony locked the camera no raw (camera2) api support. Else we would have been able to use the modded pixel hdr+ camera app for better image & video quality
