I am just very cautious of the changes.
The FAQ does states that: "all card features including cashback, points, discounts, and rewards remain unchanged."
For sure, the banks would want us to quickly agree with the changes.
However, as cardholders, I feel that we really need to ensure that the changes in the contract for Maybank Islamic Card will not cause any hidden ill effects that may be detrimental to us.
Perhaps, the banks do not provide us the full disclosure of all terms and conditions regarding the changes in the contract.
Anyway, as you mentioned before that the internal management of the card is transparent to users, I should not overthink, and should instead agree with the replacement of the Shariah contract.
Thank you.
our assurance is no changes to card features.I am just very cautious of the changes.

the underlying management is none of our control too. it's more to notifying us of changes.
still have time for your to assess the impact to you.
p/s: let's be frank, the moment we applied Ikhwan cards, I'm sure we already known/blindly accepted the T&Cs without fully understanding the Shariah compliancy. We only look at the benefits/features.
