If you have Amex-i Platinum, should be no problem to add Visa-i Gold, but not Visa-i Platinum, need to apply and they may reject it.

It is up to Card Centre to approve or reject, even you meet the income requirement.

I assume you still have Maybank (Conventional) credit card right?

Otherwise apply for Maybank Islamic Ikhwan Visa Gold instead.

Application for Petronas Visa got rejected despite already holding another Ikhwan card. I wonder if it is due to my recent UOB card application or many BT showing at eccris

i also just applied 2 days ago for visa petronas at oneU card centre and i received approval sms within 30min. it is damn fast. I am having few BT with affin and no problem to get the additional card. maybe u can try at card centre. no proof of income needed since already have ikhwan card

yesterday just renew my car insurance via etiqa and then saw this bad news. 
hopefully is falsa alarm. last time my transaction on weekend petrol usage for m2c also need to call CS then they will rectify.

iirc, you still need to wait for the fraud investigation to conclude & approved for new replacement card.

mine 19 Oct fraud happened.
sms card replacement received on 20 Oct, but i gotten the card delivered on 20 Oct too (as usual, sms is late few days).

My ikhwan card got fraud few days ago. CS said i need to submit dispute form, anyone got submit this form? Coz statement date is end of the month and m2u account show acc not authorised cannot check transaction

if you immediately contacted CS / fraud channel, they would just flag/freeze the txn at their side ... no further action from us except acknowledge/agree to card replacement

perhaps you try to call back again to reconfirm

I think already been charged. When i call CS that time they told me to submit the form and tell me depend on me whether to pay the fraud transaction or not coz they will revised if they check is fraud. Forgot to ask if didn't pay will no affect ccris
