I got zero TP for all my Ikhwan cards, all only do cb txn.
Just to confirm, the credit txn of rm40 on 5July listed online will be counted in my July Spending , so I need to spend another 625+40 for July?

Yes.
Total online transaction value x 8%.
For your case -40+665.

Ikhwan Amex

In march, I made a 3500 online transaction and the 100 CB has been credited on 7-April.
In April, that transaction was refunded. Then I made another 3300 online transaction.

So,

March CB +100 for 1st transaction
April CB -100 for the refund and +100 for the 2nd transaction = 0

Do I still have CB quota in April if I make other transactions?

QUOTE(Human Nature @ May 9 2024, 08:32 AM)
They clawed back more than than the RM100 CB received.

RM3300 CB = +RM264
-RM3500 CB = -RM280

So -RM280+RM264 = -RM4 reversal.

Meaning, if I were to spend more on that month, will get positive CB

Maybank's system...
(Total transactions) X CB% subject to Cashback Cap +/- RM50 (or +/- RM100)

If transaction RM3500 you got CB RM100 (March)
If transaction -RM3500 you got CB -RM100 (April).
Then you spent RM200 on something else, total transactions -RM3300, you still got CB -RM100, not (-RM100+RM16).

For some cases, advantage to Maybank then you appeal.
For some cases, advantage to you then just keep quiet. smile.gif

But don't abuse it.

This sounds interesting, exploring more cc since PBB is cutting off its benefits. This sounds better than topping up grabpay wallet to pay for the food!

assuming approved, usually 1 week to know the status

by next Thursday no approval status via SMS, call back to ask status.

you can check your m2u if there's extra card(s) added.

4) Cash Back will be awarded only when the accumulated Cash Back amount is not less than RM1.00.
For avoidance of doubt, this means Cardmember is required to meet minimum monthly
accumulative Eligible Spend of RM20.
=================================================================

Anyone know what's the number 4 really means??

If you do not have at least RM 20 total spending in that month, then no cash back.

If you have RM 1 in one transaction and RM 19 in other transactions then yes you will get RM 1 cash back.

If you have RM 1 transaction and other transactions do not accumulate at least RM 20 in for that month, then no cash back.
