how did u find out statement is 31st? biggrin.gif

for cb, spending cutoff is by calendar month. crediting on the following 15th (ikhwan amex)

keep error msg "Our service is currently unavailable" at form filling page 3.

I tried maybankcardsales@maybank.com.my but it bounced back...

When I tried using their website, it keeps saying my documents exceed 4MB but in fact they are not

My statement date is 24th of the month. Cashback is calculated based on calendar month. And cashback will be issued on the 15th of the month.

So if I spend now, my cashback will only be issued on 15 Feb 2023, and my statement will come out on 24 right?

PBB-i 4% card use the Pbb online banking pay Unifi NO cashback.

you guys reckon AMEX ikwan is different, can we use m2u to pay unifi and get cashback?

any payment from PBe sure no cb la. why cant you pay from unifi app/portal?

amex ikwan @ m2u --- nobody can give you the answer now. probably wait until 15 Jan cb crediting, then users may share their results here.

I js receive the maybank ikhwan platinum last week.
However turning this year Jan 2023, the maybank charge me for the service tax principle RM25...
is this right or a scam... should i call bank to cancel the charges..?

Why scam? It is a standard practice for all newly approved cards that SST will be charged upon activation.
