Meh, tried call their cs number at cc letter since yesterday....all exuse our executive are busy...
Never encounter this problem with other bank cs.

anyone encounter "transaction declined" when pumping petrol?
as i know, ikhwan dont allow more than 3x transaction for pumping petrol within 1 day...
but now today, first transaction ady declined...
called customer service but get "call-back"
