The Card Center can sort it out within 1 hour, IF you are lucky.

faster, is online. but rejection would be faster too since it filters programatically in M2U by certain logic.

if branch, it's manual, but at least the submission goes thru staff to process.

this is why ppl who got rejected in m2u, mostly got approved after manual submission.

Try apply for Maybank2card first, then only Ikhwan as Ikhwan is known to be harder to apply.

Once got Maybank2card and Ikhwan application failed, request to do split credit limit from Maybank2card for Ikhwan, split like RM1,000 will do as the rebate capped at RM1,000 only or more if you want. But I rather more CL for Maybank2card instead due to 5x points for Maybank2card AMEX

i've been using the ikhwan mastercard for some times now, but never activate the petronas card since i did not pump petronas. does anyone know its that mean that the petronas card will lapse automatically or i still need to call to the CS to ask for cancellation of the Petronas card?

besides, can my ikhwan card still be use if i cancel the petronas card?

i dont really calculate what is the actual CB every month as long as it is credited to my account. however, when i tried calculation how does the CB works, i always found the CB amount is not tally with the actual amount i spend. any sifu can help?

Totally agree with you, my case is online thru online for Ikhwan get rejected at the end write for appeal.
Then CS call back and ask me to split CL in order getting higher chance to approve.
