i just bring IC. didnt bring any payslip since my gaji masuk mbb.

perhaps u could bring payslips if your gaji masuk other banks.

Even though the salaries are banked into non-Maybank account, the Card Centre never ask for payslip for my case.

They are able to generate the EPF statement by their own facility.

Hence, just bring IC will do.

Only MBB Petronas Ikhwan Card is entitled to 8% weekend Petronas petrol rebate. The normal MBB Petronas Visa is not entitled to any petrol rebate but instead you are entitled to 5xTP for weekend Petronas petrol transactions.

Hello everyone. I'm just owned Ikhwan CC, last week I already bought Iphone at Machine and using Ezypay. Just asking, how to pay the monthly installment to the bank? Anyone can guide me regarding this?
Anyway why my CC statement still not update to the transaction?

each instalment amount will only charged to your card during statement date.

hence, the 1st instalment should be "dropped" into your coming statement.

What do you mean by "dropped"? auto-deduct from my acc?
What if I want to make early settlement for the ezypay?

dropped = posted/charged into the card's account upon statement date.

currently, the charge is floating in the system. upon each statement date, it will "drop/post/charge" an installment portion into the card's account, which will be listed in the statement and transaction history.

early settlement fee or whatnot, call CS to find out.

On 2nd of the following month.
Meaning this month statement will show cash back for last month swipes.

the cb is always credited on 1st of the following month (e.g. spending in the month of May, eligible transactions will be awarded cb on 1 June, then viewable in M2U Transaction History on 2nd of June)

since ur mbb statement is late in the month, you'll only see the cb in next month's statement. nevertheless, you've already earned the cb in the respective card's account.

refer example screenshot above.

Seems like my CB for Ikhwan Visa is less 1 cent then what I calculated. hmm.gif Or is my calculation wrong? For each transaction, I round down the calculated CB first before adding all the CB together. I'm supposed to get RM36.52, but I only got RM36.51. Maybe it's because my transactions are not nicely rounded numbers? I always fill up petrol until the pump automatically stops (i.e. full tank).

calculation is correct. regardless of your transaction amount, the rounddown already normalized the cb to 2 decimal.

36.52 is the correct cb amount.

call CS to recheck. i've gotten mine last month as well. missing 1sen.

lemme check my cb in M2U sweat.gif

*update: now this month i got 1sen extra innocent.gif
