received card center reply me , but felt funny after saw this

wrote to mbb CS ,after 2 working then reply and help me resubmitted
now pending

Totally agree with you, my case is online thru online for Ikhwan get rejected at the end write for appeal.
Then CS call back and ask me to split CL in order getting higher chance to approve.
