When was your phone shutting down randomly?
My phone shut down when charging and difficult to switch it back on.

Anybody know whether the tempered glass for Redmi 4A fits the Redmi 4X?
Its very hard to find Redmi 4x glass at the moment.
All searches return results for Note 4X mostly.

Battery normal? I got OTA notification for past few weeks I think. Initially, the update was 1.5GB. Recent week, only 6++MB. Is that normal?

hey guys. need opinion about redmi 4x MY set vs redmi 4 prime imported. i heard imported set have issue with 4g and gps.

redmi 4x and redmi 4 prime is totally different phone.
redmi 4x use SD435, redmi 4 prime use SD625.

my sis use an ap set redmi 4 prime , no issue with local 4g and GPS is perfect.

have anyone tried this mod on redmi4a??

oh yeah hor damn, any way to mod the camera, the video frame rate really sucks... inconsistent 30fps.. my older honor 3c records better video than this fella

u can get the 4 prime. it is 625 and fhd and same size like the 4X which is limited by the processor 435 even same 3 | 32

I own both but sold the 4X black. I keep the 4Prime although i must admit the black 4X is sexy as hell and nicer to hold and somehow smaller

but i need a better speedier proc hence the 4 prime and one thing i dislike about the 4X is the fingerprint is all the way up....4 prime is much better ergonomic on the FP

the 4X goes about 650 and the 4 prime 720 at my time of purchase.

is there two 4 prime version...small bezel and the normal bezel?? or r u just trying to be descriptive of the 4 prime rather 'small bezel 4 prime"?

This 4X keep giving headache to buy tempered glass.
Saw one labelled for REDMI 4X and realised it is slimmer than 4x, and there are 2 circle holes on both left n right of speaker instead of just one..
Is this a wrongly labelled glass?

Hi guys,

Just bought redmi 4A about 2 weeks ago.
Previously use redmi 2.
Wanna ask about the battery.

Spec:
Redmi 2 : 2200 mAh
Redmi 4A : 3130 mAh

But why it seems like redmi 2 last longer for the same habit of use?
I also noticed that if in stanby mode, the redmi 2 will drop 1% every 3 ~ 4 hours.
Whereas for Redmi 4A, it will drop 1% every 2 hours.
Anyone have same experience?
Is it normal?

I just got my 4x getting it to update to 8.2.9. But so far I've already got a problem:

I called and sms the phone number, but it doesn't receive SMS or does the call get through. Anybody got similar problem? Btw mine is China international rom.

According to reviews the seller seems ok.. but I guess their price for grey colour is a bit high compared to TERABYTE, the seller I bought this phone from (but they no longer have this model in stock now). for now you can use MUBARAK10 coupon at Lazada for 10% discount capped at RM80.. new customers only btw
