Courts really have a shitty after sales service. Called up the nearest outlet for refund, they ask me to call Courts Puchong. Ok fine, called up Courts Puchong anyway. Then, things starting to get interesting. When I mentioned about Samsung's recall and refund program, they asked whether did I received email from Courts HQ. That part made me angry because I did not receive any form of email from them, and it's not even in my spam folder! I insisted them to check thoroughly with their HQ since they mentioned I don't have any records at there. I am going to 'sweet talk' them again tomorrow as the CS at there sounded like totally no idea about the program.
after all of this frustration and burden, I will no longer purchase from Courts. EDIT : and their hotline ain't helpful either, as I cant choose to speak with their officers other than inquire about delivery, products and promotion. This post has been edited by raymondtong94: Nov 2 2016, 12:05 AM |

i paused the downloading ..restart hp few times . now still can charging more than 60%
not sure what happen..today.. gps getting slow..sometimes no network..maybe i torture too much my unit at waterpark before |

Assuming Note 8 launch in March 2017, and a BIGGER assumed we can get an upgrade at 50% cost, here are my options:
A. Cancel my contract with Maxis, downgrade my contract from 158 to 98 and purchase a P9lite for 5 months usage. My cost = RM970 (P9lite) - RM60*5(savings per month) = RM670.00 @ approximately RM134.00 per month B. Take a replacement S7e from Maxis. Continue my contract with Maxis @ RM101 per month. Upgrade to Note 8 when available: My cost: RM101.00*5 = RM505.00, Upgrade to Note 8 (assuming RM3199.00) @ 50% cost = RM1600.00 Additional expenses: RM1,600.00 for the new phone The calculations based on: You take up S7e exchange and continue your plan with Maxis then pay RM1,600.00 extras for the new phone in March 2017 and "return" your S7edge. * "Upgrade" usually means you have to return the S7edge~~they won't let you keep the phone and sell as 2nd hand. * Samsung livechat CS Max said there's no such offers and it is just pure rumors. So I will go for option 1 |
