liar i think, i return my N7 to QBM Samsung, and receive the refund to my bank account already, money is transfer from the QBM Samsung shop, not Samsung Malaysia...

because i pre-order and collect from QBM, and the pre-order also stated paid to that shop not Samsung Malaysia...
for refund process i believe they have to claim the money back from Samsung and they are the one return money to customer not Samsung directly to customer
