Nope. But I don't really bother about CCRIS figure, so long it's near to estimation and scoring is 0. The amount will not be accurate because CCRIS is only updated once per month.

my guess is the scanner unable to detect the pass is international or domestic.

maybe it's up to the counter staff to really carry out strictly as per requirement.

so eliminating landside ppl will definitely exclude those abuses. too bad.
