Usually free gifts only applicable to new holders which never hold any SC credit cards currently. For existing.... NONE.

Well for my case, I just called them up to cancel my cards with reasons to pay SST. They asked me don't cut the cards while retention team called me after few days to offer me annual fees waived with RM50 cashback for my JOP n Worldmiles cards.

AF n SST will be charged on this month. After MCO, JOP hardly can hit the min spend for RM60 cashback. Lol... SCB every few weeks spam calls me to offer their products. Blacklist all their numbers.... But every time new numbers surface.

Those start with 7498 XXXX. I immediately ignored n blocked. When answer, no one talk because call passed from call center, have to wait up to 10 seconds.

What kind of condition? Usually like offer RM200 min spending by certain date and get RM50 cashback after two month. No bank will waive so far but give rebates on SST once you meet their requirements.

When you signed up you shall expect to pay right unless it is stated got cash rebate for new applicant. Nevertheless you still untung with RM175 net cashback received.
Usually cashback offer for yearly renewal if you ask them to cancal and they counter offer you back. I was charge 1% too on Nov 19 when my 11.11 order delivered. I called up CS to file my complaint and told me Apple Online Store that I understood the charge was under cross border fee. However It is fair if the purchase charged in foreign currency but Apple Store display and charged me Ringgit and all my friends other credit cards such as HSBC, Maybank, Hong Leong no such cross border fee.
Today I noticed the 1% was reversed back in SC app. From now on, I wont use SC card to purchase from Apple Store. Yes I don't put any hope on it at all. So far the CS quite helpful. They helped me once to file my appeal on late interest charged RM85+ on my CCs when I forgot to pay them on time (late by 3 days).
