You shall fill complaint to them. If not mistaken happened to me before that I accidentally missed out n late pay. I filled complaint to them that they calculate wrongly. End up the customer service raise the issue for me and SCB waived all interests to me since it is first time to me.

Applied thru RP last year to SC then get very nice cashback. After one year usage, cancelled last few days. Yesterday received email said cc removed from the app. No call out whatsoever to verify. I think now cut cost no retention team liao... Hahaha...
