is this charges will be waived in next month?

no

if you are new-to-bank, there are sign-up rewards to offset that SST

Can get RM25 credit meh? The existing cardholder request also can't get RM25 credit, only AF can be waived!
When you sign up, you will get a gift (eg I got Shopee voucher RM50) which already cover your SST cost.

Seems like got little hope.

My annual fee due in Jan but they waived for both cards.

SST due in July LFC and August for JOP, Manage to get rebate for both cards last year.

my spending is normal 2k for LFC and 2.5k for JOP per month just to hit the monthly cash back, unless there are spin thingy campaign on going.

Live chat 2 times not able to waive annual fees so ask for cancellation. Today received call from cs saying live chat cant waive lvp annual fees because of jersey something but cs able to waive for me. So now keeping lvp card. If not just wait another half year or 1 year to apply as new to bank promotion

It depends on the bank on how they want to term the phrase:

"New Customers" mean applicants who have not held any Standard Chartered Bank Malaysia Berhad credit card as principal cardholder within the past 6 months before the applicant's credit card under this Campaign is issued.
