Standard chartered has one of the worst user interface and not customer friendly in my opinion.

After you have made payment, system will always show you the last statement amount and will not adjust based on your payment.

Compared to the others that I have used, it will show me my latest balance and will let me know my payment due

Also the cashback for SC is not billed to your statement and till now I still have not received any cashback lol.

SC will not send any notification on statement date lol. You have to check manually in website.

What makes you say so? I have a few cards and I am not tied to any credit card. If a credit card is good then I’ll comment about it; and vice versa if it has areas for improvement I’ll comment about it too.

Why do you have to be so defensive about people commenting on Standard Chartered? Feedbacks can help to improve the customer experience. Oh you are so fragile you cannot take any criticism?

Anyone actually receive any sign up gift from RinggitPlus before? They have so many campaigns and I can’t keep track which campaign I’m eligible for.
