Otherwise, the principle card holder need to redeem every month Yes need principal to redeem. I will ask her to redeem or she may share the login details with me since she's using it. PTPTN payment over counter can be entitled for cash back under SCB Gold CB? Does anyone have experience for this? I supposed yes since it is not under insurance or petrol. I searched this topic but it seems only PTPTN via JomPay is 50-50, one got cash back while the other forummer didn't get. I wonder why since JomPay is not part of insurance and petrol as well? My sister gave me her login ID and password to access SCB as I will be using the supp card most of the time. Every month I will be redeeming the cash back on her behalf but will the redemption go to principal card and not supp card? She won't spend a single cent on her principal card anymore but it's pointless if I spend on supp card but all the cash back goes to her card and cannot offset mine? Can somebody confirm on this part? Edit: I think principal can select to go into supplementary. This post has been edited by fruitie: Feb 15 2017, 11:42 PM

QUOTE(lilsunflower @ Feb 17 2017, 10:12 AM) Got RM60 cashback for Uber Jan spending! I will get mine too. I will start using for Uber too. So, I will also need to redeem like normal cash back or straight posted to statement? QUOTE(Duckies @ Feb 17 2017, 10:58 AM) Eh the retail spending for Just One platinum...things like food, shopping and etc other than petrol and insurance is counted as retail? Yes, those are retail.

Got my card. Oh God, being a supplementary card holder is so much of pain especially I don't live with my sister. SCB doesn't allow to register my own phone no. for online purchases, OTP will be sent to my principal... Luckily this is just a temporary measure until I get my own principal card. I will do it when I come back from India. I will check out my CCRIS before applying again. I checked with CS just now and she mentioned I can have both supp and principal card for same type of card. That means I will continue be my sister's supp and I have my own principal card. Good thing also as I anticipate more purchases in coming months, helping colleague to swipe branded bags. 2xRM 50 cash back assuming my own card will be approved later.

The Uber 20% cash back, I must spend RM 750 first to enjoy it or can I use Uber first then only spend RM 750 later? Should be OK right? Else how to cater for users who use Uber early of the month?

QUOTE(tifosi @ Feb 26 2017, 02:00 PM) I guess it's based on transaction date. Haven't had any rides that cross over to the following month Yeah, I also think so. Anyway, I'm still going to use it. I read TnC that it will credited to principal card as I'm a supp card now, hopefully can be transferred to supp card to offset against statement.

QUOTE(ckweng @ Feb 28 2017, 12:31 AM) Hi all, Anybody had any experience with late payment? My due date was 27th and I performed an IBG on the same day but after work hours. If my payment only reaches SCB on 28th, will the bank take it as late payment? If yes, is there a good chance to appeal for a reversal of the late payment? Also, will this be flagged under my CCRIS? Thanks in advance! One or two days will have no issue one. If really touch wood and kena, just call to waive, for first timers banks are usually lenient.

Does anyone know if the Uber 20% promo only applicable to Uber Malaysia? Or Uber worldwide? I have been charging my Uber transactions in India to SCB card and hopefully I will get 20% cash back. I don't think it's mentioned in its T&C, so anyone with experience can share. If it's not eligible, I will change the card to my YOLO card.

QUOTE(tifosi @ Mar 4 2017, 11:56 AM) I had my 20% too when I was in Taiwan (before they banned Uber few weeks back). But change your card if you hit the max capped of RM 60. SC has a bad CC forex exchange. RM 60 cash back right? That equals to RM 300 spending, I think more than enough for me as it's very cheap in India.
