i cancelled on 21st july as the AF wasnt waived, and saw reversal of the AF that day but till now ya i have yet to receive any call or sms as per they told me via voice chat...i actually just redeemed by cashback redemption this am since the card was still active, so shall just wait and see ....i do hope to get a call that they can waived the annual fees but till now no news...

I send secure mail asking if they can provide annual fee waiver but they say not sure, only when annual fee charged then can request.

But should be no problem if the annual fee charge on that particular month before the statement date, i cancel and they will waive the annual fee right? Provided i paid the statement balance.

They say will see my card usage profile. I had been using the card for like 10k per month leh. Suppose they shud give me annual fee waiver lol.

I got this notice too. Cut from 90K to 5K.    I spent on this card more than 150K per annum and no outstanding balance. Email them twice to check if this was a mistake but always say this is final. Well, there are many alternatives out there. 

I have been SCB credit card holder for almost 10 years. Now, just recently I received email from SCB that my new combine limit is only 11K. It is like 82% cut of my original limit. I have always use the card for some petrol, some groceries purchases, internet bill auto debit and never missed a payment and always repay the card in full. Why out of sudden SC cut my limit? That new limit is basically not quite useful now.
Anyone experiencing same thing?
It is quite hard to navigate through their SC phone menu as their menu making us quite difficuly to reach to a human assistant.

Hopefully they don't close shop here. They're the only bank (that I know of) that provides free unlimited withdrawals from any ATM in Malaysia.

for my case i gotten annual fee waiver for my journey card, but SST i still need to pay. Still hold Journey and previous known JOP. Will hold one more year then gauge how.

JOP was january, Journey was last month July, but still need to pay SST.

Does anyone know without submitting documents, can I just request to add another card? Because I was a long time user of SimplyCash and since they raised their minimum annual income to 8k/month for all cards, I can just request to add card right (want to request for Journey) or this only works for MBB?

i did last time with SCB - was holding their Liverpool card and asked for JOP, given without any Qs. Note - i've other accounts with SCB la but not atas accounts heeh. Similar with other banks like Affin, PB and HLB when i asked for their other cards. Only MBB i havent tried yet 

Cancelled and never looked back. Maybe next time when they have some attractive sign up offer in RP I may consider.
