Can call service centre to confirm. I have my cash rebate wrongly calculated. Called service centre and they help me to recalculate and direct debit into my cc

This is not regarding Standard Chartered CC. But just a general question:
If rejected credit card A application from bank A, can I apply for other cards from the same bank A (with lower requirement)?
Or will be blocked from applying any CC from bank A?

yeah, the appeal or complaint of the cashback process is within 1 week, you can follow up thru online chat, pretty responsive, and almost 0 waiting
